The Avon ZZ3 Compound is a specially formulated silica/carbon tread compound developed to optimise wet and dry grip and give exceptional handling in these conditions. Low hysteresis under tread compound formulated to reduce heat build-up in high performance conditions. The ZZ3 incorporates racing technology racing wet grip compounds used as benchmark for development of the ZZ3. Construction technology influenced by racing tyres then Avon ZZ3 gives instant response while maintaining comfortable ride.

The Avon ZV3 tyre has an asymmetric tread design with Tri-sector pattern designed to disperse water from the heart of the contact patch to help prevent aquaplaning in wet weather conditions, as well as cornering stability. Centre rib Helps prevent aquaplaning and provides stability and rapid steering response. The Avon ZV3 is available in a wide range of H, V and W speed ratings.
