A superb tyre for both wet and dry roads. The Nankang CX688, features a highly innovative tread design that reduces hydroplaning, and very clever groove pattern that evenly wears the tyre. The Nankang CX688, in our opinion is a long lasting tyre although it’s priced relatively cheap compared to other makes it does perform just as good.

Just not as good as i thought. I must say i was just convinced on the price. I thought wow £12 cheaper, and had them fitted. Tyre quality is just not anywhere near any of the brand makes. They are below par in every department. There is tyre sequel in the dry and spin the wet. Very little grip in the wet. Standing water causes loss of tractions and my advice is approach standing water at lower speeds. Steering response is okay, and tread wear is also okay. The fact that they quite poor in the dry and the wet is probably why i won't be buying these again.
