Are your prices All INC?
All of our prices quoted on the internet or by telephone are extremely competitive and fully inclusive – there are no hidden extras as with some tyre dealers.
Our mail order price is inc VAT and free delivery to mainland UK.
Full fitted prices are inc VAT & Fitting, which includes tyre mounting, new valve, balancing, and old tyre disposal. When you are getting quotes from different companies always ensure you are being quoted an all inclusive final price.

All you have to do is show up at the garage on the date and time you choose knowing that you’re tyres will be stock and fitted without any hassle.

Or if you feel more comfortable talking to someone then you can call us directly and one of our customer service advisors will help make the process much easier for you. All of our advisors are tyre experts, speak plain English and will offer you impartial advice to help you select the best tyre brand to suit your driving requirements, and are on hand 6 days a week to answer your tyre questions.

What is the ordering process?
Firstly you need to obtain your tyre size, The most efficient way to ascertain your car's tyre size, of course, is to go outside to the vehicle and check it yourself. The tyre's size will be imprinted clearly on the sidewall. If you need help please view our help section here.

2. Choose between 2 alternatives FULLY FITTED or MAIL ORDER. Fully fiited we would fit the tyres for you, mail order we only supply the tyres to you.
3. Select the make of your tyres from the list
4. Add your payment details
You will receive an email confirming receipt of you order and your payment, if you ordered tyres with fully fitted service you will be sent the details of the fitting centre in the email with also a link to a map for your assistance.

Who fits my tyres ?
Ctyres.co.uk currently has over 350 contracted tyre fitting outlets for you to choose from, one of the largest number of fitting outlets in the UK. We have achieved this by setting up mutually beneficial fitting partnerships with local garages across the country, We have a strict vetting procedure for garages joining our network, and only those that brings benefits for both our customers and also for the independent fitting garages. meet our exacting high service standards are permitted to fit tyres for our customers. What time do I go for my fitting
Your fitting time will be sent to you in your order confirmation email however if we have not given you a specific time, you can turn up the following times. If you have selected an AM time you can arrive for you fitting 9:00am till 12:00am . If you have selected a PM time you can arrive from 12:00am to 30 minutes before the closing time of the fitting centre this is usually at 5:00 for most garages.

What happens once I get to the garage?
Our ordering process is hassle free just turn up at your appointment time am or pm. The fitting centre will know you are coming. You don’t need to take any documents with you or quote anything.

Where do I have my tyres fitted?
Ctyres.co.uk currently has over 350 contracted tyre fitting outlets for you to choose from. As part of the ordering process you will be asked for your postocde this will give you a list of the fitting partners we have In proximity to yourself. If you can’t find a centre please call our team who will assist you.

Do I have to pay anything at the fitting centre ?
Our prices online are all inclusive you do not have to pay anything at the fitting centre, unless you are having additional work done ie brakes etc.

Can you fit my tyres the same day I order?
Because we supply tyres to our contracted fitters we are can not arrange fitting the same day, tyres have to be dispatched from our warehouse to the fitter and then fitting can be done. The earliest fitting time is calculated at the checkout, however we usually can require a minimum of two working days after your order is placed subject to tyres ordered and fitting centres opening times.

TYRE MAIL ORDER
How long does delivery take?
In most circumstances if orders are placed before mid day we can deliver to you the next day, 90% of our tyres are delivered the next day. In some cases if a particular tyre is at a different warehouse then the delivery can take an extra day or two. Once the order has been placed you can contact us to get an estimated Date and time of delivery.

How much is delivery?
Delivery to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands is free and integrated into the tyre cost. Delivery outside the UK and to UK isles will incur an extra delivery fee that is calculated at the checkout.

Is shopping online secure?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure area online. Alternatively you can always choose to pay by direct bank transfer, cheque also on our website.

Where can I have my tyres delivered to?
The tyres can be delivered directly to your home address, We deliver to the same address to which the invoice is sent or we can deliver to an alternative address at our discretion.
If you choose a different address, please specify the delivery address, and the person authorized to receive the tyres on your behalf. If your payment is verified and 3-D secure your tyres would be delivered to your chosen address. However if the transaction is not verified we may contact you to inform you that we can only deliver to the card holders address.

What happens if the tyres that I order are out of stock?
Our website is updated on a daily basis most stock on the website is checked and is accurate on our website however in some circumstances where the stock level is low the tyres that you order might be all sold. If this is the case we will contact you instantly to notify you of this and offer you and alternative tyre or a full refund.

What if I ordered the wrong tyres or want to make a return?
If you would like to return a product we can arrange this providing the tyres are not used and within 7 days of purchase. We will send a courier to you to collect the tyres and refund you in full minus any carriage charges incurred. This will include the carriage charge it has cost us to deliver the tyres and to collect the tyres. For a cost of returning the tyres please contact us.

Can I track the delivery of my tyres?
We use a third party courier company to send the tyres. If you require a tracking number please contact us and we will send you your tracking number.

What is the tyre law?

Can I mix tyres ?
Mixing tyres is not recommended, however you are able to mix and match if you wish as long as the tyre specifications match your existing tyres.

Which tyres are suited to my car?
There are many tyres that are suitable for your car apart from the tyres that came factory fitted or the tyres that were on the car when you bought the vehicle. You can change brand names and models or even sizes. Changing to a different brand model is entirely up to you, review all the tyre currently on the market and decide for yourself which you think will offer you best value for money. If you want to change tyre sizes it is recommended that you follow the manufacture recommended upgrades these can be found in the vehicle log book.

Tyre pressure
If you tyres are fitted have been fitted by us the tyres are inflated to the correct pressure however this should be checked weekly as air pressue leaks out.
The correct inflation pressure value is given by the vehicle manufacturer and can be found in the vehicle log book. In some cases, it can also be found on the petrol cap or inside the door pillar of the vehicle.
