The Toyo PX4 tread design is really cool the tyre looks like it's spinning even still. This was supposed to be Toyo's offering to the boy racers and car and alloy's mods market as the ultimate tyre. The tread design feature very aggressive v like grooves in the centre which were designed to disperse water large shoulder blocks aided grip in corners. Our onion the PX4 was always living under the shadows of the T1-R so never really took off in the same way. The general reviews also suggested that the PX4 didn't have many strong points the performance was just average, better than some mid range makes, but nothing like we had come to expect from a Toyo tyre. The only plus was that tread wear was good however, the majority of Toyo customers were more interested in performance aspects, and tread wear was a bonus.
