Customer from Caanterbury ordered two tyres 215/55/16 spec however these tyres come in standard load and xl. Fitting was ranged at Hythe centre customer came in for tyres and we noticed that he actually had ordered the wrong tyres for his vehicle we advised that becaue he was using a 7 seater VW sharan the tyres should be XL extra load tyre or a RF type tyre as the tyres he had were just ordinary tyres and were not safe on full load. The customer form Canterbury was very pleased that we could help him out and that customer safety was a priority instead of selling tyres.
